Annual Inspections and Testing

Evergreen provides annual inspections and testing of the facility’s piped medical gas systems components:

Master and Area Alarms
Zone Valves
Patient Terminals
Source Equipment
Purity/Contaminants - Purity and contaminant testing includes gaseous contaminants, medical air dew point and solid particulate.
Inventory
Testing is in compliance with JCAHO, NFPA, ASSE and CGA standards.

Our documentation is presented in an organized tabbed and professional looking binder.

The summary of deficiencies included in each report identifies necessary corrective actions in a well organized manner including the system, location, applicable code #, priority, and recommended action
We also provide a current inventory with the count of each components’ manufacturer, model and system type.

CAD Mapping of Medical Gas Systems

Our service technicians trace medical gas pipeline to confirm the location of all medical gas pipeline systems and controls to produce CAD Schematics in either riser or top-view, single line formats.

Labels are affixed to Valves and piping during the tracing per NPFA 99 standards.
